These topping applicators can accurately apply a wide variety of pizza toppings. These machines can be used for pizza toppings such as cheese, meat, vegetables, dry ingredients, and peppers. The ingredient topping unit has a configurable system for different shapes and sizes of pizza. To get the variety you need, just replace the ingredients and recipes or run different machines on the line.

The unit for fluids such as tomato sauce, fish puree, Oreo paste, and Kinder Bueno is equipped with a high-speed targeted spray system configurable for different sizes and shapes of pizzas. The unit reliably distributes a uniform layer over the pizza base to cover the entire pizza base or to leave a free edge depending on your requirements. It is ideal for generating excellent Italian-style pizza bases, combines very precise volumetric cylinders with a spreading unit that simulates the effects of traditional manual tomato sauce spreading with a spoon.

The fluid applicator spreads a variety of fluids evenly onto your multi-lane pizza lines while leaving the crust edges clean. Two- and three-lane designs are typical, and several heads and pumps may be installed to drop fluid properly and uniformly at a significant speed you select. It adapts to different crust sizes, shaped patterns, fluid portioning, and consistency ranges, making it the ideal match for your pizza business.

Our equipment can be used in a restaurant, school canteen, catering, etc. The advantage of this automated system is that it can take into account several sizes of pizzas and requires 1 or 2 people to make the pizzas. It is composed of: chain or belt conveyor; ingredient topping unit; fluid unit; meat slicers unit.
